Re: BlazBlue: Continuum Shift
They've released a port for Xbox360 and PS3 also. BlazBlue over xbox live is lulz. I haven't won yet (3 matches so far), but I did manage to pull off a Snowstorm counter in the second one. It was awesome.
- Spoiler:
- Doing that is really hard with the xbox live latency. Jus' sayin'.

Re: BlazBlue: Continuum Shift
There's a hack of the arcade version that lets it run on the PC, but since it's meant to run on an arcade machine it's buggy and there is no online play. It's also illegal, if that's a concern.

- Spoiler:
- Fighting game notation (for those not in the know):
7 8 9
4 5 6
1 2 3
Imagine the above is the directional buttons (or a joystick) on a controller. 5 is at rest, 8 is up, 2 is down, etc.
Snowstorm Counter's button combination is 236236D. That's two quarter-turns on the directional buttons and then the special attack button. When the ability is used, Hakumen's symbol appears behind him for a second. If he is attacked while the symbol is out, he doesn't take any damage and instead charges the enemy. If the enemy doesn't get in the air or behind Hakumen, they're in for some pain. If Hakumen doesn't get hit, however, the move is wasted (and using it burns a lot of special attack meter). The tiny window that the symbol is out means you have to input the command a split-second before you actually get hit. Netplay latency is bad for this, as you can imagine.
