well u should probably get some marines made as well as the flying things I forgot wat there called. Marines in case ur facing zerg they could shoot overlords and the flying things so they can spy on ur enemy

At around 9/10 Supply make a Pylon at the front of your base. (Ramp)

Erm...
First you would need a Cybernetics Core to be able to get Warp Gates. Get a Gateway, because you have to first.
